CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges, however, returns for store credit are accepted within 7 business days after delivery date:
• Items purchased from JÉ 28 are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery receipt. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E- Gift Card code . RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit or exchange.
• Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
• Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not
be accepted for return .
• You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
• We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all
paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
• Bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items will not accepted.
• Jé 28 is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-
transit.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
