Orders are processed/shipped within 1-2 business days upon ordering; however, depending on the volume of orders, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. If you select express shipping, your order will ship out the same day if the order is placed by 1:00pm EST. Express orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship out the following business day. If you live in the DC/ Maryland/ Virginia area and prefer pickup for your last minute needs. Email us at sales@je28thelabel.com. Please be sure to request pickup at least 48 hrs ahead to schedule for the meet up.
To help you choose the best size, at the footer of our website you'll find a link to this size guide to help you determine the best fit. In each item description under the product, We provide information on how the garment fits, and whether it runs true, small or large. We also note the size as seen on the models. If you need more help, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply e-mail info@je28thelabel.com for advice.
Yes, every package will have a tracking number. Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. In the event, your package arrives damaged, please contact sales@je28thelabel.com immediately, preferably the day you receive it, and we will advise you how we can handle the issue. Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If it is not received by then, please contact USPS at (800) ASK-USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may incur. We are also not responsible for packages lost while in the possession of the carrier. However, we will help resolve any issues we can.
Once an order is placed at Je28thelabel.com, No changes will be made. We advise our customers to look over their order carefully before submitting. Also, Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. Orders marked fulfilled or shipped, are considered FINAL.
Due to the exclusivity and limited availability for some of our items, all sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment unless it falls under fault of Jé 28.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges, however, returns for store credit are accepted within 7 business days after delivery date:
• Items purchased from JÉ 28 are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery receipt. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E- Gift Card code . RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit or exchange.
• Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
• Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted for return .
• You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
• We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
• Bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items will not accepted.
• Jé 28 is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in- transit.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
